After confirming the funding scheme, the Client provides us with the necessary documents (incorporation documents, documents regarding providing mortgage, business documents, financial reports). We help to properly fill out and prepare all the necessary forms and applications. If necessary, we devise a business plan, feasibility study or other required investment documents. Then these documents are presented to various funding organizations.
- Agreement. Our company will make every effort to raise the necessary funding under the optimal conditions. We organize and conduct a tender among funders to finance our Client's specific activities and projects. Working with us increases the chances of obtaining financing under the most profitable conditions for the client.
- Post-credit consulting. We do not control the Client's realization of his obligations to organizations which finance him. However, in case of any problems with the loan payment, our company is ready to help to solve the question of refinancing search and restructuring the existing debt.
