Financial leasing

The essence of the operation is to ensure that the leasing company (lessor) buys the facility (equipment, vehicles, commercial property) from a supplier and sends it to the client (the lessee) to use for a fee, for a certain period of time and under the conditions specified in the financial leasing contract. I.e. the financial leasing has the tripartite nature of the relationship.
 
The advantages of leasing are the following important points:

  • the possibility of paying for the equipment by installment; 
  • getting an item you want within the short term; 
  • retention the client's priority for buying out the leasing object; 
  • reduction of the profits tax (as all financial leasing expenses are included in the cost); 
  • no requirement for collateral and credit history; 
  • equal distribution of costs over the lease term, which facilitates  business planning

In addition, the mechanisms of the financial leasing may be actively used in the implementation of energy saving projects. In this case, the leasing agreement may be made either with the customer or a contractor (ESCOs).
