In addition to the needs indicated in the research data, enterprises also requested qualified specialists with specialized knowledge and skills. Mobilization and migration have significantly reduced the provision of enterprises with such specialists. In addition, businesses have repeatedly drawn attention to the need to simplify the legislative framework, in particular the tax system, which would reduce administrative pressure and promote the development of entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurs are especially in need of an end to the war. This is the main request that goes beyond economic issues. As for economic aspects, companies have actively expressed interest in financial support and tax incentives. Other requests expressed by enterprises are more individual and are not widespread among all respondents.
