The concept of the project:

The project provides for organization of agricultural enterprise, specialized in the cultivation of crops. Land use is 16 000 hectares. It also assumes the construction of the elevator, which will provide drying, cleaning and storage products (single storage capacity - 53 tons).
The project is registered process of organizing the agricultural enterprise, gave a detailed description of technology which used for the cultivation of wheat, barley and corn - the three main types of grain. Construction of the elevator will solve the problem of grain storage and allow to realize grown produce at a time when the market will develop the most favorable for this situation. The presence of the elevator at the company will also avoid seasonality in sales.
One of the components of a business plan - is the financial model of the enterprise, which are: the necessary volume of financial investments, investment schedule, calendar based on credit obligations (if funds are involved), made up of sales of grain grown.
Investment attractiveness of the project is confirmed by the calculations of such indicators: internal rate of return, net present value, payback period, etc. Also for this project were calculated various business scenarios, taking into account the possible impact of adverse changes in the financial stability of the company.
