Pro-Consulting signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Department of Economy of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration

The main focus of the cooperation is the joint development of analytical research, strategies, and roadmaps to attract donor funding.

The parties agreed on:

• Providing analytical support upon request from KRMA to enable effective decision-making based on the real needs of the region.
• Strategic analytics in the areas of the agricultural sector, community development, and industrial parks.
• Participation in shaping a three-year SME development program that takes wartime challenges into account.

The cooperation also includes:

• Establishing dialogue between socially and economically oriented businesses.
• Developing recommendations to improve the business environment.
• Regular consultations to coordinate actions.
